Go Sailing
We are commencing Sailing on Friday 2nd April 2021. We will be offering sailings on Tuesdays, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings and as circumstance allow offer full day sailings. The sailings will continue until Sunday October 31st 2021. We are allowed a total of 9 Passengers on board. All sails are closed 48hrs before sailing so please make sure you book well ahead of time. Welcome Aboard
Vigilance is a Gaff-rigged Ketch
Still classed as a "Brixham Sailing Trawler" although no longer fishing. She was the last of a long line of beam trawlers or smacks built at Upham's Shipyard in Brixham in 1926. As a heritage vessel of national importance, she is part of the UK Historic Fleet.
